For a US Department of Defense agency, we helped architect, design and develop an Enterprise Data warehouse as part of the Data Optimization project whose goal is to integrate and consolidate the disparate systems across various states. This data warehouse enabled seamless on-demand reporting and dashboards.
For a US Public Health agency, we performed feasibility study of a HL7-centric data model for a staging database. We helped standardize the transmission of case notifications from various state health agencies by correcting data processing issues.
For a US Public Health agency, we have developed and established a Data Governance framework that improved the quality of Genomic data stored in their system by 80% and decreased by 90% the scope of repetitive data inconsistencies slipping back into the system by complete standardization of all pipelines / processes employed by epidemiologists / biologists and by establishing rules for data ownership and accountability.
